These stories are well written, easy to follow, and the story lines will draw you in! Great read!

Jessica Ayers is a cellist with the Boston Symphony. She's rented an apartment in the Seaside community for the summer to relax & get away from her Mom's pressure. On her first day there, in a fit of exasperation & anger, she throws her cell phone off the deck & hits a jogger. A hot, sexy jogger named Jaimie Reed. From the moment they meet, their chemistry jumps off the page.

Jaimie Reed has been raised by his grandparents since his parents were killed when he was seven. He's returning the favor now by having his grandmother, Vera, live close by so he can visit daily & taking her to live at Seaside for the summer. Jaimie is a self made millionaire computer geek. He can't believe Jessica is so terrible with technology. He's completely intrigued by her.

The Seaside Summers series follows a group of friends brought together every summer when they descend upon the Seaside community. The friends make appearances in each book but each can be read as a stand alone. I love the interactions between Jaime & his grandmother Vera. It really brings his sweet & sensitive side to the forefront & makes you fall deeper in love with him. The connection between Jessica & Vera as musicians was unexpected but adds depth to the story. Of course, the humor component of the story is centered on Bella & her ongoing prank war pinpointed at Theresa. I can't wait for the next in the series.
I don't know how Melissa does it, but every one of these stories is unique, fun, romantic, real, HOT, and just plain wonderful. And this one might just be my favorite of the series!!! Jamie has always been an intriguing guy in the other books and it's really fun to see him come alive in this one. Jessica is absolutely perfect for him... I really related to these two - a computer geek and a musician. You'll be laughing and then crying - my heart really got pulled into this story and I felt it twisting hard when things got tough... Favorite characters from the other books make some great appearances, and Bella pulls off a new trick or two. (Thong Thursday?? - Really??!!) While you could DEFINITELY read and enjoy this book on its own, I'd highly recommend you start with "Read, Write, Love" and read the other Seaside Series books to get the full impact of this one. If you love hot, sexy, fun romances, you'll be as addicted as I am to the whole series!!
In Seaside Sunsets, the latest installment of Melissa Fosters Love In Bloom Seaside Summers series, Jaime Reed and Jessica Ayers are faced with finding answers about their respective lives.
